چکیده
In the present paper, cavitation bubble dynamics model for a single oscillating within droplet is improved based on classical Rayleigh–Plesset equation and effects of liquid surface tension viscosity are both considered. aspect experiment, collapsing dynamic process carried out by building high-speed photography experimental platform. addition, numerical solution collapse time also out. The findings given as follows: (1) considering proposed. (2) droplets induced motion could be divided into three modes: no splashing, scattered composite splash consisting flaky splash. (3) interface during first stage types: spherical, conical, fungiform. (4) shows an accurate prediction especially under condition medium radius ratio.

Dynamics of laser-induced cavitation bubbles
Single cavitation bubble luminescence induced by laser in contrast to single bubble sonoluminescence has no need in a sound field for a strong collapse and for light emission. The cavitation bubbles are produced by focused laser light and make the single strong collapse. As shown experimentally, the number of emitted photons from cavitation luminescence is much greater than it was observed in s...
متن کاملFission of Collapsing Cavitation Bubbles
High-speed observations (for example, Lauterborn and Bolle 1975, Tomita and Shima 1990, Frost and Sturtevant 1986) clearly show that though a collapsing cavitation bubble approaches its minimum size as a coherent single volume, it usually reappears in the first rebounding frame as a cloud of much smaller bubbles or as a highly distorted single volume (see, for example, figure 2). This paper exp...
متن کاملNonspherical laser-induced cavitation bubbles.
The generation of arbitrarily shaped nonspherical laser-induced cavitation bubbles is demonstrated with a optical technique. The nonspherical bubbles are formed using laser intensity patterns shaped by a spatial light modulator using linear absorption inside a liquid gap with a thickness of 40 microm. In particular we demonstrate the dynamics of elliptic, toroidal, square, and V-shaped bubbles....
متن کاملDynamics of laser-induced cavitation bubbles near an elastic boundary
The interaction of a laser-induced cavitation bubble with an elastic boundary and its dependence on the distance between bubble and boundary are investigated experimentally. The elastic boundary consists of a transparent polyacrylamide (PAA) gel with 80% water concentration with elastic modulus E = 0.25 MPa. At this Evalue, the deformation and rebound of the boundary is very pronounced providin...
متن کاملLuminescence from Spherically and Aspherically Collapsing Laser Induced Bubbles
Light emission from bubbles in liquids has received increased attention with the advent of single bubble levitation in sound fields [1]. In this Letter we present investigations of the light emission from single collapsing cavitation bubbles: single cavitation bubble luminescence (SCBL). Our method makes use of focused laser light to produce largely empty bubbles in a liquid, a method used earl...
